1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Happy Pointer Farms, [business address] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and anyone living in their household are not eligible.

3. Entry Period. The sweepstakes begins at [time] PT on [start date] and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on [end date] (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period:

(a) Apply a Happy Pointer Farms temporary tattoo anywhere on your body.

(b) Record a video showing the tattoo on you.

(c) Post the video publicly on Instagram or TikTok, tag @[handle], and include #HPFTattooSweepstakes in the caption.

Your account must be public at the time of the drawing so Sponsor can verify your entry. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of videos or platforms used.

Free method of entry: To get a free temporary tattoo without purchase, email [address] with your name and mailing address, or mail a request to [address]. Alternatively, you may enter without a tattoo by mailing a 3x5 card with your name, address, email, and phone number to [address], postmarked by [date] and received by [date]. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as social entries.

5. Content Requirements. Videos must be your own original work and must not contain nudity, profanity, hateful or violent content, third-party trademarks, copyrighted music you don’t have rights to use, or anyone who has not consented to appear. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it considers inappropriate.

6. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [date]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize. One (1) three-month supply of Happy Pointer Farms Joint Support Advanced soft chews for one dog, based on the dog’s weight and the label’s daily directions ([X] jars). Approximate retail value: $[amount]. No cash substitution or transfer of the prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the platform used to enter (or by email for mail-in entries) and must respond within [5] days with a valid U.S. shipping address. If the winner cannot be reached, doesn’t respond in time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.

9. Use of Your Content. By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and display your entry video, along with your social handle, on Sponsor’s website and social channels, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Temporary Tattoo Use. Follow the application and removal directions on the tattoo packaging. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, or near the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Participants apply the tattoo at their own risk.

11. Release. By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the tattoo or prize.

12. Platform Disclaimer. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from all liability related to this promotion.

13. General. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control affect its fair operation. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

14. Winner Announcement. The winner’s first name and social handle may be announced on Sponsor’s social channels. For the winner’s name, send a request to [email] within 30 days after the drawing.
